Dr. Tasha Eurich an organizational psychologist, speaker and New York Times bestselling author of Bankable Leadership. Leadership is her life's work—she’s built a reputation as a fresh, modern voice in the leadership world by pairing her scientific grounding in human behavior with a pragmatic approach to business challenges— over her nearly 15 year career, she’s helped thousands of leaders transform. With a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University and BAs in Theater and Psychology from Middlebury College, Tasha serves on the adjunct faculty of the Center for Creative Leadership, one of the top ten executive development institutions in the world. She’s also the principal of The Eurich Group, a boutique executive development firm that helps companies—from start-ups to the Fortune 100—succeed by improving the effectiveness of their leaders and teams. As a passionate, often humorous and always enlightening speaker, Tasha travels the world spreading her message. The Dr. Will Show - Blended Learning with Dr. Katie Martin


On today's episode I speak with Dr. Katie Martin about blended learning and leading change.

Dr. Katie Martin is the Director of Professional Learning at USD’s Mobile Technology Learning Center. She teaches graduate-level courses in the School of Leadership and Education Sciences and works with teachers and administrators in diverse K-12 schools. Through partnerships with local and national school districts, she has helped develop systems that facilitate personalized professional learning for educators. Katie works with leaders to create a culture of learning and innovation to ensure all students are equipped with knowledge and skills to be successful today, and in their future.
Prior to joining MTLC, Katie spent 10 years in Hawai’i on the Leeward Coast of O’ahu. Dr. Martin taught middle school English language arts and was an instructional coach. She continued as a new teacher mentor and coordinator of district programs to support and retain effective teachers. She continues to refine approaches to personalized professional learning based on research and practice to create optimal learning environments for all.
