Standing Out In The Digital Age with Ginain Grayes, MBA







On this episode, I hangout with Ginain Grayes, MBA and we chat about educators leveraging social to market and brand themselves

Ginain Grayes brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, and design to her role in the communications office at the nation’s eighth largest school district, Hillsborough County Public Schools. 

Ginain’s primary focus has been to continually increase the district’s brand awareness and to promote and position schools as effectively as possible. She has daily oversight of online communication platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, digital content, and various district initiatives. She plays a vital role in launching various district-led programs and initiatives including culture building and strategic planning. Her creativity allows her to successfully position senior staff as thought leaders and content experts at conferences and speaking engagements for educators and community stakeholders.

Her career includes extensive and successful experience in corporate communications, graphic design, marketing and public relations in industrial, non-profits and business management industries.

Ginain holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Advertising & Design from the Academy of Design & Technology and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. A true creative and designer at heart, she enjoys visual arts and retouching old photos in Photoshop, her favorite software! 

She treasures spending time with her husband and three daughters. Ginain is quick to tell anyone, she has a crazy hectic life, but it’s a very blessed one indeed.
